Last week we had the pleasure of hosting a customer appreciation day for Savvi Credit Union. Savvi very kindly sponsored a fabulous afternoon for their members to enjoy the amenities we have here at Westport House.
“With a membership base of over 22,000, and the employer credit union for companies such as ESB, Savvi Credit Union was originally founded in 1962 as St. Patrick’s Credit Union (ESB Staff) Ltd. While their name may have recently changed, their commitment to their members and the communities they serve remains as strong as ever. We were delighted when we got the phone call from Savvi to organize their customer appreciation day. From planning the catering, marquees, entertainment, and even having a word with mother nature to guarantee some sunshine, we wanted to ensure that we provided the best day out possible!
Over 850 Savvi customers were able to enjoy hourly guided tours of the historic main house featuring over thirty rooms and 6 exhibitions, use of all the rides and attractions in the Pirate Adventure Park, Archery, Dodgems, Big Wheel, Carnival Games, Face Painting, Balloon Modelling, Kiddies Disco as well as hot lunch and delicious 99’s. So, as you can probably imagine, a lot of fun was had!
Simon Dunne, Business Development Manager at SAVVI, had some very kind words for us: “Big thanks to you and all your staff for a fantastic day on Saturday – the smiles on the kids’ faces told it all and we had numerous compliments from the parents about what a wonderful day they were having. Your professionalism and attention to detail made our job a lot easier and meant we could relax and enjoy the day ourselves.”
