Temporary Greenway Closure

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CLOSURE OF GREENWAY

**The Westport House Estate – including the greenway – will be closed to the public from Thursday May 25th to May 29th at noon.**

Westport House is hosting the International Mini Meet at Westport House from Thursday, May 25th to Monday, May 29th 2017.  We are looking forward to welcoming 2,700 Mini car enthusiasts from all over the world to the estate to celebrate their passion for the Mini.

As this is a ticketed event, only visitors with a ticket to the event may enter the estate for the duration of the event hence the closure of the greenway to the general public.

We considered all options before deciding to close the greenway, however, these precautions are necessary for the security of the IMM attendees.

To be clear, there is no general access to Westport House estate on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday without a weekend ticket to the event.

GENERAL ACCESS AVAILABLE ON SUNDAY FOR SHOW DAY

General access will be available on the Sunday from 12-5pm for the Show Day on the Estate and the public are very welcome to join in the festivities. Anyone taller than a classic Mini will pay €10 per person at the gate for admission.

The Show Day will include a display of Minis on the Front Lawn of Westport House along with Rumbles Restaurants, access to the Mini Vendors, unlimited use of award-winning Westport House and Pirate Adventure Park as well as plenty of entertainment throughout the site.

We hope that this closure does not cause any inconvenience and we appreciate your cooperation.
