We are hiring. A great new role has arisen for the right person to join one of the most exciting tourism developments in the West. We are now actively seeking a Book Keeper for both Westport House & Hotel Westport as part of the finance team.
Job Title: Book Keeper
This is a full time (39 hours per week), permanent role.
Location: Hotel Westport, Westport, Co. Mayo
Reporting to: Finance Manager
- Management of Creditors Ledger, including processing and posting of creditor invoices, scheduling and processing creditors payments, posting payments and creditors reconciliation.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Process payroll for high volume of employees.
- Deal with and respond in a timely manner to all employee and management payroll queries.
- Administration of new starters and leavers.
- Assist with Cash reconciliation.
- Other duties as reasonably requested by management.
- Working in a flexible manner and as part of a team which may require unsocial hours. Occasional ability to work weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
