Campers Information Pack

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. 
We hope that this information will enhance your stay at Westport House Caravan & Camping Park.

• Our reception is open 7am to 8pm daily.
  Please pop in to let us know if we can do anything to make your stay more pleasant.
• Our night porter is onsite from 8pm to 7am
  Please watch out for a high viz vest when on patrol.
  Alternatively call 087 379 3989 if you need immediate assistance. 

Check In & General Rules

• Check out time is 11am – on the day of your departure (check in is at 2pm).
• Please display the coloured token you receive from reception on your caravan, campervan or tent.
  If you’re staying in a tent, you must display the tent number paddle that we give you in front of your tent.
  This token is used by our team on their site checks.
• Please return your coloured token to us upon checkout.
• Curfew on the site is at 11pm STRICTLY
  We are a family park and everyone deserves to get a good night’s sleep.
  Please respect this quiet time.
• Dogs are not allowed on the site in July and August.
  For health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed on the site in July and August.
  If required we can recommend excellent nearby kennels at Owenwee Kennels.

Access

• How to enter the Barrier?
  To enter and exit through the barrier to the site, you will need your own personalised PIN.
  Your PIN will be in your booking and pre-arrival email.
• No vehicles are permitted to drive around the site after 11pm.
• There are 3 gated entrances into Westport Estate
  Please see our Westport Estate Map for locations.

Pedestrian access is available 24 hours.

Facilities

• Eat & Drink:
  Make a reservation for some delicious wood-fired pizza in our very own onsite Gracy’s Pizzeria by clicking here.
• Farmyard Café
  Open 8:30am to 4:00pm daily during high season for fresh coffee, pastries & cakes, salads & sandwiches.
  
  Please always check Westport Estate Opening Times.
• Refuse & Recycling:
  We ask you to please use the facilities in each of the Tent and Caravan Parks to dispose of your waste.
  Please do not put hot coals in the wheelie bins – use dedicated bin provided.
• Bathrooms & Showers:
  All Bathroom and Showers are open and are frequently cleaned – please see map for locations and details.
• Laundry Facilities
  Laundry facilities are located on-site in the Toilet and Shower block of the caravan park.
• WiFi is FREE
  Simply look for Westport House and log in.
  It’s not lightening fast but you are here to enjoy the great outdoors 🙂

• Try out  our brand-new Immersive Gaming Experience - included for FREE when you buy a ticket to the Pirate Adventure Park.  A saving of €20 per person!  If you'd like to book yourself in for 1 hour after the Pirate Adventure Park closes, click here too book in.

  Children’s hours 9am to 7pm.
• If you are availing of electricity, please check your electrical point is in working order before settling in. If a camper requires us to call an electrician and the fault is on the part of the camper, a €25 call out charge will be incurred.
• Gas cylinders may be purchased from Heraty Fuels on James Street in Westport - 086 608 2119.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY PATRON CAUSING ANY DISTURBANCE MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE PARK AND LOSE ANY FEES PAID.
