Here at Westport Estate we are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people for part-time and full-time roles within our beautiful Spa.

We are currently recruiting for:

• Spa TherapistsWe are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working on their own initiative and as part of a team

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out treatments to the highest standard.
• Ensuring accurate, knowledgeable, and thorough advice is provided to all guests of the spa and hotel.
• Deliver a variety of spa treatments (massage, facials, body treatments, manicures/pedicures to the highest professional standards).
• Dealing with all aspects of customer contact, i.e. meet and greet, spa etiquette in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maximizing sales opportunities.
• Maintain Hygiene Standards of Treatment Rooms and General Areas
• Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas such as Spa Reception and Spa Attending.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Ensuring to always deliver exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Qualifications in beauty therapy and massage is essential.
